On Demand Conferencing

On Demand Conferencing is ideal for small businesses that only require conference calling on an as needed basis. Conference calling services from Tuckersmith Communications makes it easy for people in different locations to join a phone call. Pay no monthly user fee and pay only for what you use. Regular Use Conferencing

Regular Use Conferencing is the easiest and most convenient way to do conferencing. With our services, you have access to your own private conference room – anytime from anywhere. You have the abilities to control the call, view the time elapsed, who is on the call, and their capabilities while on the call. To start a conference, simply dial a toll or toll-free phone number, and then enter your moderator PIN. You tell the other participants in the conference to call the same number and enter a participant PIN. There are no reservations required and no operators standing by!


Option 1 – On Demand Conferencing

This option is great for those that occasionally need to meet by conference call. With 24 hour notice, we can schedule the call to fit your schedule.

Option 2 – Regular Use Conferencing

This option is great if you regularly conference calls schedule. Call us once to set up your re-occurring conference call, or each time you need access to the conference bridge. (If you require more than ten participants on a call, please contact the business office and we will be happy to set something up for you.)
