Have you noticed new episodes of your favorite shows have not been automatically recording on your IPTV PVR? There seems to be a bug affecting some of our customers. If you are experiencing this, we do apologize. Here is a quick fix to get you back on track!

Have you noticed new episodes of your favourite shows have not been automatically recording on your IPTV PVR? There seems to be a bug affecting some of our customers. If you are experiencing this, we do apologize. Here is a quick fix to get you back on track!

1. Navigate to your PVR menu
2. Scroll down to Schedule Priority
3. On the menu to the right, you will see all the shows you?ve
scheduled to record.
4. Select each show and click OK
5. Select Delete Series Recording
6. Now, navigate to your desired show on the Guide and set
up a new series recording.
