Are you ready to make the switch to eBill? There is no time like the present!
As a result of the ever increasing costs to print & mail monthly bills, TCC will be implementing a $2 service charge for all bills that are printed and mailed to our customers in the coming months. In an effort to reduce the impact to customers we're offering a $20 one time credit to switch to eBill now and avoid the $2/month charge in the future. Switching is quick and easy, please see below the different options to claiming your $20 credit now. Offer expires April 30th - some conditions may apply.
SIGN UP ONLINE
Signing up through our online portal is by far the best way to familiarize yourself with everything Smarthub has to offer.
- Click the myAccount icon on the top of our home page
- You will need your TCC account number [found on the top right corner of your bill beginning with 112], last name or business name & an active email address.
- Once you complete set up, you will automatically be enrolled in the eBill program & your $20 credit will be applied.
